    GLP-1 tariff wars?

New paper towels aren't sterile but at least clean - less human pathogens than a regular bench or cloth. Plastic bin liners might have lower bug count but aren't practical. With proper technique nothing from the surface should get in the vials anyway.

Sema working even with a good diet?

So, my metabolism was garbage. Sema fixed it. I was eating 800 to 1200 calories, working out consistently, and still gaining. Now, I eat around 1500 and continue losing. It's amazing to be able to eat normal food that isn't all volume.

Sema working even with a good diet?

If I already eat super healthy, will semaglutide still help me drop pounds? Or is it ONLY effective if it makes you reduce how much you eat? I'm a 45-year-old woman who's been fighting my weight forever. I've tried everything - crazy low-carb diets, fasting, even surgery. I'm trying to figure...

    Down 60 pounds!

I'm also seeing great results. I started around October 2023 when diagnosed with type 2. Metformin moved me from 310 to 290. Ozempic got me another 50 pounds down. A1C is now 5.9!

    Reta not workin'?

Thanks for the info I'm thinking about reta over tirz. Since I'm almost 60 just looking for a little extra help. From what I've seen reta seems to be great at this.

    Reta not workin'?

Could be a fake product or you're underdosing. The typical range is 2-12mg each week, but increase it gradually over 12+ weeks.

NAD+ messing with my blood sugar?

Yeah I was pretty nervous about it too after reading all the crazy stuff that can happen to your body, water retention, blood sugar swings, that kind of thing. But I'm just testing it while fasting for now, nothing intense. Been at it like two weeks so far and still have more to work through.

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

I'm on the same Reta dose, haha. That's probably why the GHRP-2 hunger is noticeable but still manageable. I haven't looked into the right doses for tesa/ipa but it's good to know it can work without too much hunger alongside the Reta I'm taking.

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

Thanks for the info! I've noticed the muscle gain and the hunger with GHRP-2. I'll give Ipa/Tesa a try next to see if I can get the gains without all the hunger.

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

Yep, I'm also on reta and noticing the same thing! The GHRP-2 makes me hungry, but I get full pretty fast once I start eating. I was hoping that switching from GHRP-2 to Ipa/Tesa would reduce the initial hunger pangs.

    Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

How hungry does Ipamorelin make you compared to GHRP-2? I'm getting kinda hungry on GHRP-2, and I was thinking about switching to Ipa to see if that helps. I read that Ipa is supposed to cause less hunger, in theory.

Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

Just adding my 2 cents re: Reta. I've been on it for several months and it's been a game changer. I'm also taking NAD+, SS-31, and MOTS-C now, but Reta was the main driver of the weight loss. I was taking 1mg GHK-cu daily shortly after I started reta to help with the loose skin, which I think...

Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

Reta by itself will give you great results for a while. Here's my weight loss peptide history. I started with just reta for a month or two and then added the mitochondrial health protocol that's popular here. It's NAD+, SS-31, and MOTS-C. I was unhealthy for most of my life so I wanted to reset...

    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

I don't have experience, but I've seen complaints about oil in some pens not fully dosing. I'm not sure what needle size they were using, but if it's thick, I'd suggest a smaller gauge needle. I'd stick with manual pens for oils.

    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

The key is whether you're filtering or injecting daily. If you're using thick oils or large proteins, filtering could be an issue. If you're not filtering and inject once a week, it may not be worth the time to load a pen. If you're doing many shots and multiple pens, it becomes an assembly line.
