    Coat Fits Better Now!

Posts like these keep me motivated! I'm about to start my 3rd week and I can't remember the last time I stuck with a healthy eating plan this long. They say it takes two weeks to build a habit... Thanks for sharing and keeping me on track!

    Compounding pharmacies & GLP-1s explained

Many folks use them, myself included. Some get stinging from that brand, some don't. Price-wise it's not spectacular, but coming from pricey compounding pharmacies, it feels reasonable.

Tirz salt forms: Should we care?

Thanks for the detailed breakdown, EmptyFridgeClub. I'm curious if anyone has actually run tests to compare the different salt forms directly in terms of how they affect blood sugar and weight loss. It's one thing to say they might be different, but I'd like to see some hard data.

This is encouraging! I'm starting this week. Does anyone know what happens when you stop taking it? I've heard conflicting things.

    B vitamins with GLP-1s?

    Seatbelt success!

I saw someone mention that semaglutide helped them lose 100 lbs this year, but it was because they worked with a specialized team that personalized their dose and focused on gut health and muscle support. No big nausea, kept their energy. Sounds like the way to go!
