    Crazy Itchy Skin - Help!

First, if “my doctor” is just your family doctor, go see a dermatologist. Rule out anything more serious than dry skin. Assuming it's just dryness, here's my advice: 1. Hydration: My kidney doctor told me 64oz of water isn't enough; aim for at least 90oz. It helps with kidney stones and my...

    Down 47 lbs! It's working!

Just finished 12 weeks of CJC1295 with that other compound, 125mcg both morning and night. Pausing for a couple months. Trying 5-amino-1MQ at 5mg subq right now, only on day 2 but tolerating it pretty well so far.

    Hit One-derland!

Good job. I fluctuate every week but trending downward overall. Almost a year in and I'm down around 50 pounds. Been stuck at this weight for about two months, but now I'm going past it. This drug has been a game changer.

GLP-1 costs: US vs abroad vs gray market

Question: after doing tons of research I'm still lost. Had 2 knee surgeries coming up. Need hardware removed from an old fracture and then a total knee replacement. Then I need something for damaged hair. Will one thing cover all this? Don't want to stack a bunch of shots for cost and hassle...

    Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

had a dose wobble on semaglutide that made it stop working. switched to a low dose of tirzepatide and at first thought it wasn't working because there's no nausea like sema gave. but gave it a shot and quietly forgot about food. lost another 15 lbs in 6 weeks on the second-lowest dose.

    Down 50+ lbs!

I track everything—vial source, price, COA to calculate mass and concentration, dates, units, dose, half-life, estimated blood levels in Excel. Plot that against weekly weight, resting HR and BP from other apps. Keep a count of total units so I know when to reorder. Mark blood work dates but...

    GLP-1 FDA warnings explained

important to know: almost everything in the vial is filler, like 99.9%. so if the stuff yellows from heat, that's mostly the filler changing, not the actual peptide. sugars do go yellow with heat exposure, so that tracks.

    US warehouse claims legit?

I've heard of a site called gopeps, selling sermorelin. Anyone use them? I can't find any reviews online

    Lazy Dinner Ideas? Help!

dosing protocols on pep-pedia for tb-500 usually range 4-6 mg per week, no real side effects specific to it so 3.5 should be fine.

    Anyone else kinda like hunger?

Don't crave sweets as much. Thought of it just passes. Eat candy, good after a few bites. Food's still good but I get full fast. Before I'd eat more just because it's tasty. Now easy to skip. Being full doesn't feel good. Before didn't bother me. Liberating. Something's missing though — an empty...

    US warehouse claims legit?

I've ordered twice from the same vendor's US warehouse, and both times I got my order in a few days. No complaints.

    GLP-1s: Gut issues & autoimmunity?

I think it basically cured my IBD overnight. I can even eat foods that used to trigger it. Although I still try to be careful and not overdo it. Honestly, that's one of the biggest reasons I think I'll stay on this drug. My triggers are simple ingredients, so they were affecting almost...

Half a year on this stuff!

Insurance co-pay's out of control in 2026. Way cheaper to go compounded through places like Brello, Big Easy, Lavender, Fifty410, Trillium, Pomegranate. Skip places with member fees and codes that redirect kickback cash. Found a detailed cost comparison saved if you want the link.

I only fly a couple of times a year so it might be worth the risk.

GLP-1 Starting Tips: Save Yourself Some Grief

Adding another tip I just remembered: If you can, start some light exercise. Even just walks. It really does help build muscle. Protein + exercise = WINNING.

    US warehouse claims legit?

How risky is it to order from overseas? I've been thinking about it because the US warehouses seem to be out of everything.

    GLP-1s: Gut issues & autoimmunity?

Not IBS, but I've been taking 0.25mg for almost 2 years now to slow my digestion because of long-term GI problems they can't figure out. I started on a GLP-1 after they removed 14 inches of my colon due to diverticulitis. It's been seriously amazing for me. I can mostly live a normal life now.

GLP-1 Starting Tips: Save Yourself Some Grief

For me, yes! It was a HUGE difference. I used to get those cravings too, and now... nothing. It's not a miracle cure for emotions, but the physical need to snack just vanished. It was really weird at first.

GLP-1 Starting Tips: Save Yourself Some Grief

The original post above is totally correct. A year on Ozempic and I've dropped about 45 pounds. Watch out for greasy or fried foods. Pooping your pants is a real risk. Trust me. Fiber is a must. And take it slow with the dose increases, in my opinion. I could have lost more weight faster, but I...
