    GLP-1s crossing into the brain?

Things like muscle tears, tendon repair, even some organ protection effects in animal studies. There's also some limited human data suggesting it can help with stomach ulcers.

    GLP-1s crossing into the brain?

Interesting discussion. I've been reading about some other peptides that might have synergistic or alternative benefits. Has anyone looked into BPC-157? Some research suggests accelerated healing. I came across http://jap.physiology.org/content/110/3/774 which suggests it could threaten...

    Ozempiversary for me! 🎉

That's a great tip! Staying regular is so important. I recommend my patients start with dietary changes first (more fiber, water) but a gentle stool softener can definitely help.

    What's happenin' inside??

For those struggling with constipation, make sure you're getting enough water. Dehydration will make it worse! A simple stool softener can also help tremendously.

    Ozempic: Real food matters!

It might be worthwhile to speak with your doctor or a registered dietician to make sure you're getting adequate nutrition, especially if you are having significant appetite suppression. They can help you create a meal plan that works for you and minimizes side effects.

    GLP-1 and food regrets? 😩

I mostly stick to meats and vegetables.

I agree. I feel great when I eat right and drink enough water.

    What's happenin' inside??

I thought it was pretty funny. That 'we look nothing alike, you racist' line got me. Though, I'm not on any social media sites, so if it's a common joke, it would wear thin fast.

7.5mg - from zero to hero to...zero again?

If constipation becomes an issue, you might consider magnesium citrate. A small amount can help without causing the opposite problem.

    GLP-1 and food regrets? 😩

I have to avoid fried foods, but I sometimes forget and then regret it. I made a chicken and cheese quesadilla last night and now I feel terrible. Honestly, I don’t know what to eat anymore. Some salads don't work for me either. But sometimes flatbread with cheese is ok - even though it's high fat.

7.5mg - from zero to hero to...zero again?

10mg did this to me. Ruined my bathroom habits!

    Ozempic: Real food matters!

Ozempic's been a difficult experience for me; I've been on it for like two years now, at the highest dose, and I'm constantly nauseous and barely eating. Is your appetite totally suppressed? I have to force myself to eat anything.

7.5mg - from zero to hero to...zero again?

Oh my gosh, I'm only three weeks into this journey, but... Week 1: "Okay, this is nice, just less hungry, get full faster." Week 2: "Still feeling good, maybe going to the bathroom a bit more?" Week 3 (two days post-injection): "Oh dear lord, the bathroom is my new home. Non-stop vomiting...
