    One year, down a LOT!

That's amazing! Did you do anything special to manage the appetite suppression? I'm struggling to eat enough some days.

    Ozempic jitters?!

I've been reading up on peptides, and Reese_2007, your post reminded me of something. It's great that you're finding ways to stay motivated. It seems like understanding how these meds work can also help with sticking to the plan. Like, knowing it's not just about suppressing appetite but also...

    Mounjaro: Still working after stopping?

Honestly, it's been mostly about being mindful of what I eat and moving my body. I try to get some form of exercise most days, even if it's just a walk. The biggest challenge was the first few weeks after stopping, I definitely felt hungrier, but I just tried to power through it. Been counting...

    Mounjaro: Still working after stopping?

Hey everyone! Check it out - first two pics are from January last year before my 29th birthday, hadn't started anything then! The third is from October, a couple months after I stopped the injections, and the last one is from a few days ago. Still doing great! Feeling fantastic as I'm turning 30!

Switching from Tirz to Sema - experiences?

Thanks for the info! I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on side effects. I'm hoping the sema will be a bit gentler on my system.

Sema progress is making me sad :(

You know, someone on Reddit made a good point: "Progress isn't always about the number on the scale ✨️" They said that even when the scale doesn't budge, you can still be making progress. Makes sense! Ozempic's just a tool, it's the small choices we make every day that really count. Keep going!

Switching from Tirz to Sema - experiences?

Yeah, I've already stopped the tirz. I'm going with sema mostly because it's easier on the wallet.

Switching from Tirz to Sema - experiences?

I was on it longer than two months, but once I hit 10mg, it was too much. The weight loss was great at first, but the side effects started to outweigh the positives.

    OMG! I'm in Onederland!

I'm curious, what apps are you all using to track your progress? It's hard to know which ones are worth it.
