It's interesting to hear how different people's bodies react. I was working out like crazy and watching my diet for YEARS with absolutely zero results. Started Ozempic and things finally started moving. It's mind-blowing.

Okay... So, if you bumped it up to 4.5mg total, I'd just stick with that until your next dose next week. Then go to 4.5 or just round it up to 5mg. I've been on Tirz for over a year and reached my goal weight a while ago. Never went over 5mg, never used a scale, and never went by how I felt.
