20 units still isn't enough info. What's the concentration of the vial? If it's 10mg/ml, then 20 units is 2mg, which is a pretty big "boost" if your regular dose is 2.5mg. Okay if you're at 5mg. Not so great if you're just starting.

What are you even taking? A 2mg "boost" of semaglutide is like the highest dose of Ozempic!
