    350 to 120! WOAH!

Wow! I also have PCOS. My highest was around 325. I'm on week 5 of sema, only down about 8 pounds, but the inflammation difference is wild! Finally have energy and don't need caffeine and pain relievers to function! I had major insulin resistance, only lost pounds on practically no calories...

    Accidentally cross-contaminated syringes!

For anyone considering Melanotan 2, be aware that while some users experience enhanced libido, others report side effects similar to Cialis. Also, increased tanning occurs even without significant sun exposure and can lead to mole development. Start with a low dose (100-300 mcg) to assess tolerance.

    Accidentally cross-contaminated syringes!

While it's sometimes done, stability and sterility are concerns. Mixing peptides can potentially degrade them faster. Also, ensure proper aseptic technique to avoid contamination during drawing and storage.

    Nutrition Tweaks That Work?

For those days when you feel off, I usually stick to bland stuff. Broth-based soups, yogurt, and protein shakes are my go-to's. Sometimes a few plain crackers can help settle my stomach. It's important to get some calories in, even if it's not a full meal. Dehydration can make the nausea worse...

Under 200 after 20 years - lessons learned

Thanks for the advice. I've been doing stuff like protein bars and flavored water instead of sodas and candy. It really is a journey to set ourselves up for success. Keep up the amazing work!

    5 months & 60+ lbs gone!

That's really impressive congrats. I was running Ozempic for 10 months and dropped 30. Then my doc moved me over to Mounjaro. Been on it for 6 weeks now, did 4 weeks at 2.5 then went up to 5 for 2 weeks, and honestly I haven't lost anything. Actually ended up 7 heavier.

Totally worth it! My new lease on life!

So happy for you! Can I ask what dosage you're on now, or what was the highest dose you took?

Totally worth it! My new lease on life!

I see some people calculating the cost per pound lost. That seems silly to me. If this works long term, I plan to stay on it indefinitely - it's worth the investment for a better quality of life.

    Neck gains?!

Just remember to drink lots of water and get enough fiber, especially if you're considering surgery. Constipation can be a real issue with these meds and after surgery. Better to prepare and avoid complications.

    Neck gains?!

I lost a double chin, and my neck went from a chain size of 22 inches down to 20. These are the wins that are so worth celebrating!

    GLP-1 meds: Insurance coverage?

A lot of people get compounded versions because of the insurance issues. It's usually cheaper that way too!

    GLP-1 meds: Insurance coverage?

Compounding pharmacies are a tiny market compared to the big pharmaceutical companies. Big Pharma has a lot of influence. It's unlikely insurance coverage will change anytime soon.

    GLP-1 meds: Insurance coverage?

I've never heard of any compounded medications being covered by insurance. Only the brand-name drugs.
