    Finally feel like I'm winning!

The combination of T2D and feeling dismissed by doctors for years makes the breakthrough feel even more earned. Blood sugar control that finally sticks is life-changing. Glad you're winning this one - keep going.

    Things I can't do anymore...

That list made me smile. The 'can't eat past full' one especially - finally!

    Reta transition woes?

I've also heard about people forgetting to drink water. Gotta stay hydrated!

    Reta transition woes?

I'm kinda nervous to start Reta after reading about the sulfur burps. Is that really as bad as people say?

    Reta transition woes?

I haven't tried Reta yet, but I hear it doesn't suppress appetite as well as Tirz does. Some people add on Cagrilintide to help with the food noise, if it becomes an issue.

    Reta & Hypoglycemia Risk?

There are two CGMs you can get without a prescription, and they're both around $90 a month. I'm not sure how helpful they would be, though. My prescription CGM has alarms if I go too high or too low. I've heard that the over-the-counter ones have a smaller range, and the alarms aren't very useful.

    Reta & Hypoglycemia Risk?

I was on reta for a couple of months, and I only experienced hypoglycemic episodes while I was on it. I wasn't eating regularly though; I skipped breakfast and just had small lunches and dinners. I use a Dexcom, and a few times my blood sugar dropped into the 50s. Since your relative is better...

    Forge vendor any good?

I've used a couple of different sources for peptides and research chems. The service from one of them was great, so that's where I'll keep buying.

    Losing insurance, scared about meds!

Just wanted to give everyone some hope! I hit my out-of-pocket max already this year. Kinda sucks that it cost me so much so early in the year, but at least everything else will be "free" for the rest of the year!

    Losing insurance, scared about meds!

I have heard of people getting Metformin and insulin, and almost anything else you need, from overseas for crazy cheap. You use a messaging app and a money transfer app. If you are okay with it, supposedly the Chinese sources are even better for the GLP's. Just be aware of long ship times.

    Reta Fatigue - Anyone Else?

I agree with BostonMike_79 that movement is important. Even if it's just walking. I think it helps with overall health and keeping muscle mass. Maybe try adding in some light activity and see if that helps?

    Reta Fatigue - Anyone Else?

Chris_2002 Keep us posted on how the CJC-1295 + Ipa goes! I priced that out too. I also looked at MOTS-C.

    Reta Fatigue - Anyone Else?

I've been on Retatrutide for about 9 weeks now and the scale is moving! I know some muscle is probably going with the weight, it's a trade-off I'm okay with for now. To give you some background, I started at a really low dose - 0.5mg/week - and I'm now injecting 2mg/week, split into two doses...

    Am I crazy? Injection worries

I just took the last dose from my pen, and it looks like there's a bit left. Is that normal? I got four .25mg doses and two .5mg doses out of it.

    Am I crazy? Injection worries

My first injection, I was sure it didn't work. I called the support line and described the exact same thing you did. They told me, "You gave yourself the shot. Don't worry."

    Am I crazy? Injection worries

Think about it this way - if the needle didn't go in, where would the medicine have gone? That's what helped me when I started. I was terrified those first few times, but the needles are super tiny and thin.
