    Halfway there!

Happened to me. Lost steady on sema first 4 months, then added workouts because I got paranoid about muscle. Weight stalled hard even eating the same. Scaled back the gym and boom, loss kicked in again. Took me a minute to figure out it was mental—I needed to see the scale drop. Now I'm down 42...

    Diabetes and Ozempic Success!

lost weight easy in my 20s and 30s but hit 40 and it just stopped working. years of trying, nothing stuck. needed something to jump-start it. few days in and no side effects yet. plus it's covered by my work insurance so that helps.

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

    Psyllium husk does the trick.

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

Psyllium fiber for me. Works every time.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

My doctor referred me to a weight and wellness clinic inside her practice because they were open to new patients. Not all PCPs want to prescribe, but a lot will. Worth asking.

    QSC product ID - Help!

Went to a cafe with 6 coworkers a few weeks ago. Everyone ordered pastries and took like 2-3 bites MAX. Turned out they're all on this stuff. Makes you wonder how many people around you are on it without you even knowing lol.

HK pep vendor - anyone used them?

nobody thinks a banner ad is an endorsement, but it does show how fast things go wrong with a vendor. i vet mine carefully and rotate between a couple suppliers now. been with one for over a year with no issues, but shipping times are all over - some vendors are seeing 25-35 days instead of 10-15.

    GLP-1 working wonders!

That last lump will probably heal on its own, barely bothers me anyway. Never using MOTS-C buffered again—sticking with KLOW for ISRs. Tried tons of low-risk peptides and I'm happy with KLOW's mix, epitalon, and SS-31. All three do something for me.

    Trouble with refillable injection pens?

this thread is spiraling into optimization hell. these meds already do the heavy lifting for calorie reduction—why are we trying to make it harder? track what you eat, track your weight, run a deficit, take your shots. stop overthinking it. it's not cheating, not a moral thing. you're literally...

    I'm such an idiot!

Interesting. I've heard that you should gently swirl (not shake!) peptide vials before drawing, because the peptides might settle. Maybe that would help avoid inconsistent dosing.

    I'm such an idiot!

I wouldn't use a GLP-1 if you're losing weight that well and that fast because of possible side effects, some rare ones, the expense, and the high likelihood of regaining weight when stopping. I read that most people feel hungrier than before after stopping, though weaning off slowly can help.

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

I'm curious to hear how you're doing on the pill long-term. I'm sticking with the injections because the appetite suppression feels more reliable.

    I'm such an idiot!

If you're losing weight without actually injecting, maybe you don't need the medication, OP?

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

Honestly, I prefer taking my medication just once a week. I tend to forget daily pills. The only reason I'd think about changing is if the pill was cheaper. But I'm glad there's a choice for people who don't want shots!

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Yep, after my first injection, I could taste the medicine right away and got a bit of a headache. Drink lots of water and eat small meals! Wishing you luck!

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Stick to the dosage schedule. Don't increase it too quickly. It might take a while to see real changes, maybe a few months. Pay attention to how your appetite changes and adjust your diet accordingly. (Smaller portions, eat slowly, stop when you're full, try more frequent smaller meals instead...

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

I've also read about people counting clicks to measure out doses from larger pens. Has anyone tried that? Seems like you could save some cash that way!

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

Are you taking the 0.25 mg dose? The pen I have here is for either 0.25 or 0.5 mg - so you can get 8 doses at 0.25. But it only came with 6 needles. You might wanna buy extra needles so you can use the entire pen.

    Low ferritin on GLP-1s?

GLP-1s don't drop your sugar into dangerous territory. Blood sugar reduction happens but it's controlled.
