    Mixing GLP-1s in one syringe?

Testing the pen discharge is straightforward and worth doing if anything seems off - the dose counter tells you where you are. Mixing in one barrel does get more relevant when you're doing multiple weekly injections of different compounds rather than a single weekly pen dose.

GLP-1s: Feels like a total rebirth!

Used to throw cash at betting apps, like 20 bucks every couple weeks just for fun. Don't even think about it anymore. Weird how that urge just vanished.

Retatrutide: Am I even saying it right??

That's a good question about timing. I take my HGH right before sleep too, around the same amount, and I eat dinner at 8 then head to bed between 10:30 and 11. The slower gastric emptying from reta does make me worry about food sitting in my stomach, but my doc said the two-hour window should be...

Does 100 lbs look like this?

Was plateau'd for six weeks straight until I added strength training twice weekly and got my protein up to 140g. Scale started moving again after that, about 3 pounds in two weeks. Was just cutting calories instead of building lean mass. What's your current workout routine?

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

That is my Mom. She will NOT go to the gym because she is self-conscious. I wish gyms would ban cameras but I am glad you are getting your workout on!

    GLP-1 shot and vacay?

Jumping into HGH, got a 24 IU vial. How much BAC water to reconstitute with? What's the dosing schedule and timing for pins? Need the guidance. Thanks y'all.

    New clothes time?

Lost 370 pounds and struggled with this too. My idea: hit a thrift store for various sizes and styles, try them on. Let you transition to better sizes without dropping serious money on new stuff.

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

Yoga! Especially the power kind. And I've started lifting weights too.

Brain not catching up with weight loss?

I see it! You look amazing. Your brain will catch up. We all go through this phase. Do side by side pictures. Focus on your change in clothing sizes. Inches drop before the scale will.

Just got my Sema! Any tips?

Thanks everyone. Got some high strength Pepcid and had two totally heartburn free nights.

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

Ugh, I wish I could exercise. The nausea is awful, even with medication. I'm almost ready to quit because I can't do my sport anymore. It feels pointless.

    My GLP-1 journey

Lost almost 42 lbs since January. This week my stomach fat went soft and squishy instead of firm. Assumed loose skin but now my arms and legs feel the same - kind of like an older person's upper arm. If anyone knows what this is I'd appreciate it.

    Just started, SO sick!

Had nausea and headache for 6 weeks straight. I stopped for a bit since my colonoscopy is coming up and honestly I'm relieved not to feel awful all the time.

    Mystery GLP-1s: Am I nuts?

I've got a few old kits in the freezer marked 'apocalypse only.' Once I got better info I switched to vendors with solid testing, so early stuff gets discarded after a couple years.

Brain not catching up with weight loss?

I hear you! And first off, I can definitely tell you've lost weight! Second, there's a mathematical reason why it might not be as obvious to you. Imagine your body is a ball. When you're bigger, losing weight is like shaving a thin layer off a huge beach ball. It's still a big ball. But when...

    Neat syringe disposal gadgets!

T2D here. Last injection was 12/20/25. A1C dropped to 5.4, lost 5 lbs since stopping. I spaced my doses out over 6 months — every week, then 2, then 3, then 4 weeks — before I quit. I also eat on a schedule, no random snacking. Planned snacks help me skip the emotional eating stuff.

    Partner blabbing my meds!

we lost power for 3 weeks and yeah, the heat and humidity are brutal on meds. keep vials in a garage fridge if you can - same idea as a mail truck or ups truck in summer heat. freezer for long-term storage, fridge side for what you're using.

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

My go to now are small tuna portions about one ten to one fifty calories with seventeen grams protein. Quick and nutritious. Sardines work great too.

    Leg crossing is back, baby!

stacking those two has a real bad histamine reaction. anaphylaxis is super unlikely but you get the reaction, freak out, and then a panic attack on top. always start micro, lay down, chill. keep an EpiPen handy.

    Ozempic face transformation!

Titrate down to the lowest dose that keeps blood sugar controlled. My endo said that when I had side effects and didn't need max weight loss. Switched to mounjaro, landed on a lower maintenance dose, gained 5 lbs because appetite suppression's milder.
