On CJC/ipamorelin 500/500 daily and it's doing something good for my energy. 259 lbs, eating 2600 kcal per my trainer (230g protein, 340g carb, 40g fat), way more than before. Not gaining though.
sick of sources vanishing, switched to wfn research. ordering is annoying because you gotta buy full 10-vial kits, crypto or wire only. purity is so good i had to lower my normal dose.
First Reta, now Tirz to see what's best. Both lowered Hershey's and Reese's sales because I can resist eating a whole bag. I can eat 2 mini Reese's and stop. A voice says "eat more," but I can ignore it.
I thought the same. A lot of the food companies are seeking alternatives. I just don't see it. How do you market to someone who is happy with just celery and a chicken thigh for supper?
I don't buy it. I used to love dark chocolate, but I have not wanted any in a while. It's just not appealing anymore. I also don't consider Lindt to be amazing chocolate. Just passing on all of it.
Hey Doubtful_Donut_8! A friend of mine started back on their full dose after a break and had a really bad time, so maybe ask your doctor if you take a break. Also, good luck!
my wife and i are both 11 weeks in and just talking about this. mental health's improved a bunch. not sure if it's the med or eating better and moving more, but it's there and noticeable.
Since starting Ozempic, I haven't felt sick from any specific food or drink. The only times I've felt ill is when I've overeaten. As long as I stop when I'm adequately satisfied, I can eat whatever I like.
