Upping my dose - kinda scared!

Hi everyone! Tomorrow's the day I go from 14 to 28 units in week 9, and I'm a bit anxious. It feels like a significant leap. I started at 143 lbs using semaglutide (which I'm paying for myself), and I'm now at 134 lbs, so it's definitely working. My second daughter arrived last June. I was...

Just got my sema, now what?

I'm curious, what's your dosage supposed to be for each week? That might help us figure out if they screwed something up.

    Halfway to goal weight!

That's incredible progress, Run_Crew! It's so inspiring to hear success stories like yours. It gives hope to those of us who've almost given up. Do you mind if I ask what dosage you're on?

Have you tried calling the company? They should be able to explain it to you.

Stomach bug or just... the meds?

I can relate to this stuff. I've been on Oz for about a year and a half. The every-other-week events are... intense. Sometimes, I swear, they are larger than should be possible. Fiber is key. A stool softener alone might help if you're getting enough fiber. If not, you might run into some issues.

Stomach bug or just... the meds?

This happened to me this past week. I've actually never felt so ill. I spent the entire night on the bathroom floor throwing up and didn't sleep at all. It felt like someone was stabbing me. It's been a few days and I'm feeling much better but I'm still bloated and queasy and can't stop burping.

    CJC/Ipa Cycle - Am I Wasting Time?

IPA saturation point is important info. Separate dosing lets you dial in your actual needs instead of being locked into a ratio.

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

CJC and ipa cycles, even strict ones, barely moved my igf-1 to 79. Im healthy at 64, good bloodwork, fit, diet solid. Might be a waste at this age. Most people say skip secretagogues and just do HGH.

Ozempic Journey - Thoughts after 1.5 Years

Hard to buy from a salesperson. My SIL talks about being friends with JC since forever and brags his company's killing it. Yet she never once said congrats on my 60 pound loss and lectures me about peptides. That stings.

    Almost hit my big milestone!

That's rad! Hit the same milestone couple weeks ago with my partner. Sharing this win with you.

    Gonna stop cold turkey! Help!

Your buddy deserves a candid conversation with some hard truths. I spent three decades as a smoker before I finally quit completely, cut alcohol too, and shed weight. Now heading into early retirement at 60, I want the fitness and mobility to enjoy it without getting winded walking around. Most...

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

That's a good point, FiberTracker. There's a lot of information out there about these drugs, but it's hard to know what's accurate and applies to you personally. I'm also trying to make sure I get enough protein and keep up my workouts to maximize the benefits. Someone I know lost around 25...

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

I take my Tirz on Friday nights, full dose for the week. Then on Monday nights, I take my weekly Reta dose. I started at 2mg and didn't feel any side effects. This week I bumped it up to 2.5mg and I'll stay there for two more weeks then go up to 3. If that goes well, I'll go to 3.5 the next...

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

I've been on 15mg Tirz since April 1st, but I'm looking to switch to Reta. From what I've read, Reta doesn't really help with food cravings at the start. So instead of completely stopping Tirz before starting Reta, I'm going to stack them carefully at first. I'm staying at my full dose of Tirz...

Has anyone ordered from Sue lately?

It can be really tricky. You don't always know what you're getting. I prefer to go through a clinic or doctor, even though it costs more. At least then you have some assurance of quality control. Also, a lot of peptides aren't FDA approved, so it's a bit of a wild west out there.

Has anyone ordered from Sue lately?

You can prob find some threads about HK here - reach out and ask about Sue at their company. There are fake accounts on that platform for other places so be careful. I know that Alisa and Nicole are the real deal.

    GLP-1 gut issues anyone?

Honestly, I had diarrhea for the first month or two. Afterward, and with increased doses, it turned into constipation. Unless it's severely dehydrating, I'd stick with it; your gut will adjust.
