I jumped in November of last year, around 212 lbs at 5'3". Now I'm down to about 154 and still shrinking. Currently at the highest dose available. This stuff is seriously a game changer. I'm lighter now than I was in my teens!

There was another person who lost a lot of weight and said their diet was key! I'm finding the same thing. I've been focusing on protein and vegetables and that helps keep cravings down. They mentioned pickleball and Peloton as exercise they enjoy.

Just saw someone on another thread mention losing about 60 pounds in 3 months. I wonder what dosage they were on? I'm only down about 15 after 2 months... feeling a little discouraged.
