    GLP-1 users eating MORE chocolate?

Dark chocolate, more than 70% cocoa, in small amounts like 25 grams is alright, and it isn't addictive to me. Lindt is too pricey at $6 USD for 3.5oz. I don't understand how people on GLP-1s can eat more chocolate than when they were binging multiple blocks a week, like before.

    Another goal weight adjustment!

Just wanted to add that a high-fiber, high-protein diet is a HUGE part of curbing those sugar cravings. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!

Just started Wegovy - feeling queasy!

That's a great question! Some people can stay on a lower dose for an extended period if it's effective and they're not experiencing significant side effects. Talk to your doctor; they can assess your individual response and determine the best course of action for you. Don't feel pressured to...

Just started Wegovy - feeling queasy!

Just a reminder that everyone responds differently to these medications. Some people feel great at lower doses, while others need higher doses to get the desired effect. It's important to work with your doctor to find the right dosage for you and manage any side effects.

Just started Wegovy - feeling queasy!

I forgot to mention that chewing candied ginger can help reduce nausea. It works for me.

Just started Wegovy - feeling queasy!

I used compounded tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy for a couple of months and lost visceral fat that hasn't come back. However, I also started walking over 8,000 steps daily about a month after I stopped the tirzepatide when I moved to Europe. So far, so good even while drinking wine and...

    Back under 200lbs!! Woohoo!

I've seen similar trends in my patients. Weight loss often accelerates around the 7-10mg range for many, but everyone responds differently. Remember to titrate slowly to minimize side effects!

    Pics or it didn't happen!

I take photos and measurements with each new supply, and weigh myself on injection day. It's still hard to see it in myself, but visual evidence helps! Taking progress pics is great for those days when you need a boost. Keep it up! 🫶

    Ozempic & body image?

For those who have gotten pregnant on a GLP-1 medication, or who are considering it, there's a registry collecting data to study the effects. You can check with your doctor, or search online for 'https://wegovypregnancyregistry.com/'. It might help future parents have more info.

    Ozempic & body image?

Great attitude, and congrats! I went through the same thing a long time ago and managed to lose the weight each time. But now that I'm older, it's become much more difficult. These medications have been a game-changer for me. Enjoy your baby – there's nothing quite like it!

    Ozempic & body image?

That's fantastic! I tend to put on a lot of weight when I'm pregnant. It was easier to lose after my first two, but the third was a struggle. Pregnancy really does a number on our bodies.

    Is it just me, or...

You look amazing, just saying. You've lost all your excess belly, and like me, kept your boobage. I'm happy it's not the other way around ☺️. I've lost almost the exact same amount and am also checking in with my progress. It's like taking a deep breath. Sometimes we just need to pause and...

    Is it just me, or...

First off, congrats! It might not mean much from a stranger, but the difference is clear. It's hard to see when you see yourself every day. Have you looked into telehealth options? Sometimes their waitlists are shorter. Also, not everyone loses breast size when they lose weight. Some people...

    Finally hit -50! Persistence pays!

That's an interesting approach! I've also heard that sometimes changing the injection site can help break through a plateau. Our bodies can adapt, so mixing things up might be beneficial.
