    Reta progress after 2 months

Thanks ShotHealth and Jess1988! I'm hoping to keep seeing the changes!

    Reta progress after 2 months

I'm eating pretty well most days, focusing on healthy stuff like lean proteins and veggies. There have been a few cheat days where I ate pizza or something more carb-heavy, like on Super Bowl Sunday. I've been trying to limit those to only once every 2-3 weeks. Some mornings I don't feel hungry...

    Reta progress after 2 months

First pic was back on December 9th, weighing in at about 283lbs. The second is from Feb 9th, and I'm down to 258! I'm taking 3mg of reta every 3 days right now. I split the doses initially to try and avoid major side effects, and it's worked fine so I kept doing it as the dose went up. Grateful...

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

My pharmacy is adding B12 to mine. Hopefully, that will keep it legal, lol.

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

I noticed the article seemed more focused on Novo protecting their profits than actually making the medication accessible. It sounds like they want to rush to market to maintain their dominance. Not a shock, really.

    One year of Mounjaro!

I'm just starting out, but I'm really hoping for those kinds of changes. I'm tired of feeling tired all the time and having my joints ache. I'd love to just move easier and feel more confident. Stories like yours, Jordan51, and Lucky_Pizza give me hope!

    Jammies then vs now! 🤩

We're pretty similar! I'm about the same height and weight, but a bit older. My goal is to get down to about 135 and stay there. I've noticed the weight loss has slowed down a bit too. Good luck to you!

    Jammies then vs now! 🤩

Wow, what a year it's been! Looking back at these pics, it still feels unreal. I'm hanging in there at 2.4mg until I reach my goal of around 130lbs. Then I'm hoping to lower the dose and get more active in '26. Fingers crossed! ✨

    One year of Mounjaro!

I'm on month 15. I’ve dropped about 52 pounds and I’m feeling fantastic. I'm 78, so this was probably my last chance to lose weight and keep it off. My diabetes is totally under control, and my bloodwork is perfect. I have some loose skin, but I'll take wrinkles over fat any day. You look...

Before & After: My GLP-1 Story

    Sketchy labs, need new sources?

There isn't any real research showing AOD works in humans. https://www.abc.net.au/news/health/2017-11-29/what-is-the-drug-aod-9604/9208924 It didn't help with weight loss, so they dropped it. They tried it for osteoarthritis, but it never got to human trials. The last study I found was on...

Tirz plateau - switch to reta?

I think I'll probably finish the current vial of tirz, which should take around three weeks, and then switch to the reta vial. I've had the reta for several months, and I want to try it out. Since I'm at a plateau, it seems like a good time.

Tirz plateau - switch to reta?

You're close to your goal weight. Switching meds may be difficult. Stick with tirz and increase the dose slightly if needed.

    It won't be wasted.

Do those still exist? I miss those places!

Tirz plateau - switch to reta?

I was thinking it might be better to switch before I got too high on the dose. I thought I saw it mentioned that rotating peptides could be good for your receptors. I was hoping to avoid going above 10mg, let alone 15mg. I'm thinking long-term as you said, and it's only been about nine months so...

Tirz plateau - switch to reta?

I've been on 8 to 8.5mg of tirz weekly and I've almost made it to my ideal weight, but I've stalled. Actually, I'm up a pound or two. I prepped vials of both tirz and reta today, and I'm unsure how to proceed. Should I finish the tirz over the next few weeks, then move to reta? Or switch to reta...
