Reta, hands down. Gave both sema and tirz a shot, decent enough for me, but never the standout others describe. Cag though was a rough three weeks, sedated and constantly nauseous. Reta's been a completely different, much better experience.

Personally ran a reta vial for a full 90 days without noticing any real degradation, and others here would likely back that up. From what's understood, reta and tirz generally don't start breaking down until somewhere around the 120-day mark. That said, still worth holding onto the larger vial...
