    Sema-free & feeling great!

I'm concerned about long-term side effects of staying on GLP-1s indefinitely. I've been reading about increased risk of gallbladder issues. Has anyone experienced this?

    8 months on GLP-1...

That's acanthosis nigricans, often linked to insulin issues. It's amazing how GLP-1s can help reverse that!

    Tirzep Anxiety - Anyone else?

Early on, I had some wild ups and downs too. One day felt amazing without any appetite, next day it came roaring back. Started my shot in November and still adjusting to how food hits different. Sounds like you're on the right track though!

GLP-1 Titration: How often y'all upping?

FYI, Tirzepatide acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Semaglutide only acts on GLP-1. That's why some say it's more effective.

GLP-1 Titration: How often y'all upping?

I hear you. I'm injecting every other day based on the half life. Currently at .8 mg. After 5 injections I'll bump it to 1 mg until I see weight loss. 2 lbs a week is fine by me.

GLP-1 Titration: How often y'all upping?

Is it okay to titrate at very small levels, like 2.5mg to 3mg instead of 5mg?
