Splitting Tirz Dose: Good or Bad?

I used to inject Tirz every 5 days because I got too hungry on days 6 and 7 and messed up my weight loss. Now I'm on reta twice a week to avoid the peaks and reduce side effects. It works great, zero sides. But yeah, not tested in trials, so who knows. Lots of people split doses though.

Made it from chunky to less chunky!

I'm so glad you're seeing such positive changes, Rebel_Tirz! For those of you who are on GLP-1s for managing blood sugar, it's important to monitor your HbA1c levels. I've seen patients drop from 11% to below 6% with these meds, combined with diet and exercise.

    GLP-1s really can be life-changing ✨

It's amazing how these GLP-1 receptor agonists can impact metabolic function. A recent clinical review showed semaglutide can be incredibly effective for chronic weight management when other methods have failed. It's definitely something to consider, especially with underlying conditions like PCOS.

    Down 111 lbs! Pics inside!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Cellxx To answer your questions, yes, I did have stalls. When that happened, I'd tweak my diet a bit – maybe cut carbs further or increase my protein. I also made sure I was drinking enough water. As for a specific plan, I focused on whole, unprocessed foods...

    Down 111 lbs! Pics inside!

I'm thrilled with my progress! I actually dipped into the very low 140s at one point. Started this whole thing back in the summer of '23, and by autumn last year, I'd shed a whole 111 pounds. Changed how I eat, hit the gym like clockwork, and stayed the course. Tenacity, diligent effort...

    Down 70 pounds!

That could be due to reduced inflammation. These medications can have anti-inflammatory effects, which would be noticeable in the face.

Fantastic job!! This medication is so helpful, but it still takes a lot of work to get results! I'm excited for when I reach maintenance. It allowed me to stick to a diet for what feels like the first time ever!

    GLP-1s are a lifesaver!

I've been a bit discouraged, only losing about 1 pound per week. Feels like nothing's happening. But your post is really encouraging!
