Switching to Reta - dosage Qs

Try splitting the dose. Half on day one, half on day four. Spreads it over the whole week instead of one spike. You can split a 0.25 with pen clicks—like 37 clicks for 0.25mg, 18 for 0.125. Some people are just sensitive to it. Nothing wrong with a lower dose while you adjust.

    Sticking with 0.5mg?

GLP-1 Vial Cases: Where to Buy?

Was back to half-days after two weeks and full days in about three more. Got a desk job though so that helped. Did remote work early on because otherwise I'd lose my mind. Can't stand when people try to fill in for me and do it wrong instead of asking for help.

    Sticking with 0.5mg?

I was on 0.5 for around 30 days when starting. Definitely saw results, but the appetite control started lessening near the end of the month. Most people I've talked to stay at each level as long as they're still getting somewhere and losing the weight. When it stops doing anything for a few...

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

is the goal to find a dose that quiets food noise with basically no side effects? so if you're there, do you stay or slowly ramp up hoping it stays that way?

Mounjaro side effects got too bad 😭

55 lbs down by December is a strong run for that timeline - side effects at higher doses hit a lot of people. Dose timing, eating window adjustments, or stepping back temporarily are the usual levers. Forum-sourced protocol for managing Mounjaro GI load is more refined than what most providers...

Before & After: My GLP-1 Story

Anyone here on sema and ADHD meds? About to get my first shot but worried how it'll interact with Ritalin. Ritalin kills my appetite a bit already, so both together's scary. I'm on 10-15mg Ritalin daily. Starting lowest sema dose. Any advice?

    Downsizing success!

I went with FDA-approved GLP1/GIP because my health's complicated and I'm not qualified to pick between compounds. My doc backed me even when I switched to compounded later. Labs show it's working. Told my surgeon before anesthesia, no drama.

    Glycine: Good for blood sugar?

1-2 lbs a week is solid progress, seriously. Don't chase fast loss because it can wreck your health and skin. A lot of folks here have eating disorder stuff going on — don't let that skew your expectations.

    Semaglutide: Quick Answers!

I cycled off it 3 times. tried everything. when I'm on a GLP-1, I don't have the bad habits and live better. nobody paid for that 400lbs—I did, including surgeries and compounded Tirz for 2 years. less than 10% of people keep 100+ lbs off for 10 years.

Sema stopped working... switch to Tirz?

I've read that some people find tirzepatide has fewer side effects, too. But I also saw some people say sema worked better for them, so it's really different for everyone.

    Sharing my GLP-1 journey?

i accidentally hit myself with 20mg when i was only at 10mg tirzepatide. the diarrhea was absolutely brutal 🟤💦

Sema stopped working... switch to Tirz?

The same thing happened to me, and it turned out I was accidentally eating more. I started measuring again, and I was eating like 300 calories more per day than I thought. You need fewer calories as you get smaller to keep losing. So annoying! I'm sticking with sema and saving tirzepatide for...

    Meat and eggs gross now!?

I totally get that feeling Jordan. I spent so many years trying to control my appetite that I'm loving not being constantly hungry! Now that I'm at my goal weight and on maintenance, I can enjoy some of my old favorites, but I'm happy with half a burger and a few fries instead of the whole thing...

Pics - More than meets the eye!

tried pt-141 twice, nothing. upped to 2.5 yesterday. that was too much. 45 minutes in, locked in for 6 hours straight, appetite vanished, woke up still locked. this morning feeling like i ran two marathons.

    Meat and eggs gross now!?

I've been on it for over a year, and the aversions come and go. I've had them to salads, coffee, chicken, lunch meat, and leftovers in general (can't eat the same thing twice, so no meal prep for me). I also get random cravings, like for oranges and other citrus. It makes grocery shopping a...

    Food on my mind 24/7?

I've also noticed I get those 'brain wants snacks' feelings more on days when I've had more carbs earlier on. It's interesting. I'm not demonizing carbs, it's just an observation.
