    This stuff is HOW much?!

All of you complaining about America... I pay $20 monthly for my Wegovy. The problem isn't America; it's your employer choosing a terrible plan.

Wrong Mounjaro dose - what do I do?

Instead of taking them apart I saw somewhere that some people are able to get their prescriptions easy through like online telehealth places now. I guess it just depends on where you live and what is covered by the insurance companies.

Wrong Mounjaro dose - what do I do?

Just use what you got. Inject every 5.5 or 6 days and you'll get close to the 12.5mg weekly dose. Honestly, 2.5mg isn't a huge difference with these meds.

Wrong Mounjaro dose - what do I do?

Yeah, if you accidentally set off the spring it can waste the meds, but the videos show you how to avoid that.

Wrong Mounjaro dose - what do I do?

I saw some videos where folks take the pens apart and put the medicine into a sterile vial. Then you can use a regular syringe to measure out your 12.5mg dose. Might work for you.

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

Good info for those starting out. Storage is key to keeping your peptides potent. I follow this advice: Store vials sealed in plastic. Keep mixed peptides refrigerated.

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

Add 1 mL of water. Each unit on your syringe equals .01 mL. Use 25 units each week. By the fourth week, extracting all 25 units from the almost-empty vial might get difficult. If that happens, draw what you can from that vial, inject it, and then immediately inject the remainder from a new vial...

    Sterile vials...sketchy?

I have to be extra careful when filling them so the plunger doesn't pop out, so it makes sense about the pressure.

    Healthy cereal alternatives?

Someone gifted me a ton of boxes of the fruity type. I love eating it with almond milk and protein powder mixed in. It adds more protein and tastes like dessert! I wish it wasn't so pricey.

    Old clothes, new me!

Amazing job! That's fantastic! I'm cleaning out my closet today, too. I usually do it every season, but this time I'm getting rid of clothes I won't kid myself about fitting into next summer. I always worry about gaining the weight back, but not this time!

    Sterile vials...sketchy?

They come like this; the box held 25, so they weren't loose when full.

    Sterile vials...sketchy?

Some have a vacuum. They aren't individually packaged, but that's fine with me. The inside of the vial needs to be sterile, not the outside, and you should clean it anyway. Once you touch something sterile, it's not sterile anymore. Clean the vial right before filling and using it, and you...
