    Booze on GLP-1s?

The runs were epic when I drank while on the shot. Thought it was just the shot, but cutting out alcohol (even just two drinks every couple weeks) fixed it. Everyone's different, but I delay the shot before events where I might drink, just in case.

    Reta timing: morning or night?

Blood levels peak around 24-48 hours post-injection, a bit slower than some other GLPs. It builds up slowly, so timing shouldn't matter much. After the first dose, you might notice when the effects kick in and adjust your timing then. If you don't notice any effects, it really doesn't matter...

    Sema not working? Help!

You've found your bottleneck. Continuing to lose weight is a side effect of increasing the dose.

1+ year stall on max dose: ideas?

I'm on 1.7mg and having issues with hunger and sugar cravings - some food noise is back, especially at work, and I'm drinking more alcohol. My weight hasn't changed in a month despite my best efforts, and weight loss has been very slow for the last year. I average around 1300-1500 calories a day...

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

Yeah, thankfully I only had mild ISRs near the end of my cycle/vial. I don't know if it was the peptide degrading or antibodies building up. I'm guessing it was the antibodies. But the endurance I got for cardio was amazing, even better than SLU.

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

Most people agree on SS-31 before MOTS-c. Oral SLU before, after, or during MOTS-c shouldn't be an issue, you can even run them all at once. Check out Vigorous Steve's mitochondrial videos on YT. SLU and MOTS-c will both give you energy if you dose them right. MOTS-c is more obvious, but SLU is...

    Under 300 club!

To all the newbies reading this, Sunny-Girl's experience isn't typical. Please know it's normal to take longer to achieve results and you are not failing if you don't drop weight that fast. Only a minority of people are super responders, everyone else will see a slower rate of loss.

    180 gone--woot!

Seven pounds in two weeks plus keto is a solid start. That pace should even out as you go longer.

    Reta & Mood Swings?

I've been on reta for 8 months now and started at 0.5mg and now I'm going to stay at 3mg (or maybe go lower). I posted about losing my sex drive and that's how I realized I had emotional flatness. It's not that I'm sad....I have kids - they make me laugh. But I'm not excited about things. We...

    Reta & Mood Swings?

I haven't experienced any negative mood stuff. Actually, I think my mood is better overall. I feel better in general. I've lost weight, my joints don't ache, my skin looks better, and it even fixed my acid reflux. I'm a big fan. I started at 2mg and now I'm at 5, four months later. (43/m)

    GI Issues on GLP-1s

I've seen some data suggesting GLP-1s can be helpful for weight management even in people with HIV. It's definitely something to discuss with your doctor if you're interested, as there can be interactions with other meds.

    GI Issues on GLP-1s

Just a regular OTC stool softener and lots of H2O. Drinking water is usually a smart move anyway. P.S. Drink more water!
