keto or fasting cycles could help clean things up. i'm on ss-31 and some peptides — took 8 weeks to feel the shift, less naps, better energy. curious what else kicks in over time.
started 1mg for 3 weeks, 1.5 for 3, then 2. after 10 days off cu i noticed the difference. now testing cu and basic 1:1, no isr, works perfect for my needs.
Nice! First dose is always nerve-wracking. 0.25 is good, you'll be fine. Hydrate like crazy, eat protein, fiber's your friend. Keep the ginger handy just in case, but most people wake up the next day feeling normal. You got this!
You can reconstitute one vial, then transfer half to a new sterile vial. Grab extra vials from Amazon. Most of us stretch them longer than 28 days. A 40mg vial lasts maybe 16 shots at 2.5mg each. always check it with a flashlight for cloudiness or particles before using.
was gonna start today but not sure tonight or morning. just got it friday but didn't get around to it. took a gamble ordering 10mg from a us warehouse for $70 instead of local at $70 per vial. might end up with 7 unused vials forever lol. like someone said, my will's executor can sort it out.
Injection-grade BA's not that hard to find in the EU. Got mine from the Netherlands—easy to order, starts at 100ml, lasts years before oxidizing. Made my own bac water with sterile injection water from Germany for pennies. Everything mixed crystal clear.
we order Hospira BAC because it's the best. chinese and amazon BAC is below standard—testing often comes back weak. destroys peptides, makes them cloudy, gels them up, or they crystallize. most vendors toss in chinese BAC free but that stuff's risky.
doing 5x2 weekly schedule for 90 days, almost there. then taking a few weeks off. ran it a couple times now and results are solid, barely any water retention after the first 2 weeks. all good.
I'm seeing some impressive before/afters! There's this guy who dropped 95lbs on Mounjaro and looks amazing. Says he's lifting weights 4x a week too. Super motivating!
The side effects tend to fade over time. But the GLP-1's effect on the brain usually sticks around. I've been using 0.3mg every five days for quite a while, and the side effects are much milder, but I still don't crave food as much, and I still get general hunger.
Don't confuse actual hunger...
I've noticed that what I crave has completely changed since starting this medication. I used to love cooking and trying new recipes, but now I have zero interest in anything healthy. It's all carbs and bland foods all the time.
How long did this take you? I just started taking a GLP-1 last week for diabetes, and I'm hoping to see similar weight loss results. Fingers crossed! 🤞
