HK Peps - anyone used 'em?

I'm actually waiting for my 3rd shipment from them. The first two got here in under a week both times. Really friendly to work with. They changed how they take payments so my last one was a wire transfer, which was pretty easy. Small fee to switch to USD because I'm in the UK. Shipping was about...

A year and a half on Ozempic!

Hey RXPete, no hair loss for me, thankfully! I take a multivitamin and some biotin, but nothing special.

A year and a half on Ozempic!

Sure! Started at 230, now around 150. Don't get discouraged! Plateaus happen. Maybe try switching up your workout?

    Ozempic: B4 and After

Right, they've got zero reason to undercut each other or themselves. PBMs making their cut on margin means cheaper options actually cost them money. Competition doesn't work the same way in this market.

I've heard that consistent exercise and staying hydrated can really help with that. Have you tried incorporating more resistance training?

    GLP-1 and Bathroom Drama

Alright friends, let's talk about something that does not get enough structured discussion on here: bathroom changes on GLP-1 meds. If you're on tirzepatide, semaglutide, or retatrutide and your relationship with your toilet has changed... you are not alone. Some of us are "consistently...

    Crushed my goal weight! Woot!

Getting close now, just about 10 pounds away from the finish line. Thinking once I hit it I might dial back to every other week at 2.5 or maybe 1.25 weekly and see what holds.

    PCOS weight loss win!

Over 8 months in and finally seeing real change. Started at 90kg, down to 57kg (33kg gone) at 152cm. Ozempic's been a game changer for my pcos symptoms, so I'm thinking about pushing a bit further before I maintain.

9 months off semaglutide - an update

For those of you who have had to stop because of surgery, how did that go? Someone posted about how they're 9 days post-op from plastic surgery and had to stop their shots a week or two before. They gained almost 20 lbs! They also said that restarting their meds really helped calm them down.

9 months off semaglutide - an update

Happy to share! I was on 2.4mg when the nausea became unbearable. It was a bummer!

9 months off semaglutide - an update

Okay, so I REALLY wanted to post this a month after I stopped taking Ozempic, but I was scared I'd put the weight back on and all those online critics of weight loss meds would be right. So, here goes. I started semaglutide back in April of last year. I was around 270 lbs when I started...
