    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

Bigger needles hold more bac water. If you ever need over 1ml you'll burn through needles fast, so cheaper to get specific reconstitution needles instead.

    One Year on this Med!

Thanks for the support everyone. Veggie_TBH I'm pretty much eyeballing now, but I think you're right. To drop those last few, I will have to be more precise and start tracking again. It's just a mental hurdle to get over!

    One Year on this Med!

Wow, guys, today marks the one-year mark since my first injection! It's really been transformative. I only wanted to drop about 30 pounds, and I'm down around 27ish (been steady for the last 4 months). I'd like to lose another few pounds, but I'm finding it difficult and know I'll need to really...

    Vitamin stack while on GLP-1s?

Anyone got an easy meal plan for GLP-1s? I work from home and have kids so it needs to be quick!

    Vitamin stack while on GLP-1s?

Thanks for the replies! I think I found some good electrolytes on that giant online retailer that starts with A. They seem cheap enough and the taste is okay. I'd list the rest of my vitamin stack but my wrists are starting to hurt.

    Vitamin stack while on GLP-1s?

What vitamin supplements are you all using while on Reta? Also, I need a vendor for electrolytes that won't break the bank lol. This stuff is getting expensive fast.

    Mind-blowing Weight Loss!

Wow, losing 129 pounds in 6 months is HUGE! I agree with Lou1992, you really carry it well. I also hate the word 'diet,' it feels so restrictive. 'Lifestyle change' is a much better way to think about it.

Under 3 bills for the first time in years!

It's okay to feel a little weird about posting personal stuff. I struggled with that too when I first started sharing my journey. Now I'm happy when people reach out. I want to share my experiences with sema and help people on their own journeys. You look like 2 different people! It's so...

    Mind-blowing Weight Loss!

Can I ask you what dose you're on? Did you experience any nausea? I'm on a low dose but have only dropped 15-ish pounds since last fall. I'm sure perimenopause isn't helping, but still. I'm at the highest dose of the microdose treatment and am thinking about moving up to the standard dose.

    Month 2 on GLP-1s!

I saw a non-scale victory mentioned online that I thought was interesting--someone said their car now fits them better! Their seat used to be all the way back, and now it's moved forward with room to spare. It's not just about weight, it's about feeling comfortable in your own body.

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

I bought one share last week, lol. But honestly, their market cap is already huge. Not a ton of potential upside, probably. The pill form will bring in lots of new users, like my mom, so I'm sure there's *some* profit to be made.

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

Lots of folks are excited about the pills because they're needle-phobic. Pills are also easier to handle and measure out, and supposedly cheaper to produce. They'll be all the rage initially, but once people figure out they're not as potent, the hype will die down.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

BPC-157 is supposed to help with healing, especially tendons and muscles. I seem to recall reading something about TB-500 as well, but I need to look into that further. I remember reading about a potential cancer link with TB-500, which is a big concern.

    Thinking about GH - thoughts?

I'm also curious about what others have to say based on their experiences. If you're already getting bloods for TRT, shouldn't IGF-1 be included?

    Myostatin blockers & GLP-1s?

It really depends on age, activity level, and testosterone. But there's a lot you can do to keep muscle. If I could start again, I would've added 10-20mg of Anavar daily from the start.
