Just looked at the official page for BAC and it says to keep it at 20 to 25c or 68f to 77f with no mention of pre/post puncture. Given that we participate in trials, it's up to each group to decide what's best 🙂

I agree, back in the day they were multi-dose vials and there was concern about transferring stuff between people. Now hospitals use single-use only. Good idea to write the date you opened it. I've seen tests that BAC water starts to break down around 3 months after you open it, so that seems...

Good technique when you mix it will help it last longer, but I still wouldn't go past 3 months.

Haven't come across any second-party Amo testing labs. Lots of third-party ones for tirz and a few others, but nothing for sema that I'm aware. I'm running one myself but can't share the results.

I've now dropped a total of 100 pounds! I lost almost two thirds of that before starting semaglutide but it helped me drop the last thirty or so. I'm just super happy with my progress and so proud that I've been sticking to my exercise routine and just generally taking better care of my body...

Right?! It really does! Like, okay, this is actually happening! Also, I've lost the equivalent of a medium sized dog!
