In_The_Making To answer your question, I never really increased the dose. I stayed on the lowest possible dose, and now I'm just spacing them out even further. I'm hoping to eventually stop completely, but I'm taking it slow!

Around March of last year, I started on a tiny dose of semaglutide, spacing out the injections to once a month or so. I've kept it up mainly because stopping suddenly isn't recommended, plus I think it helps with inflammation. Now, almost a year and a half later, I'm not getting any side effects...

If you are feeling lethargic while on these meds, it might be worth getting some bloodwork done. A B12 deficiency can cause fatigue and brain fog. It's best to know for sure before starting any supplements.
