    Super scared newb here lol

I totally agree with FiberWine! It's hard to change your eating habits, even when the meds are helping. I keep having to remind myself to eat smaller portions.

    Super scared newb here lol

Yes! I started with around 15 lbs to get rid of, plus dealing with menopause symptoms and swelling. I began at 8 units for a couple of weeks—felt something after my second dose of 16 units. Now I'm at 24 units and doing great!

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Depending on the surface and height of the drop, I'd consider the risks. The one I dropped shattered, so the decision was made for me. Yes, they get shaken in delivery, but they have some protection. Everyone has different risk tolerance, so it's up to you.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Hey, it’s more interesting and less controversial than the “reusing my needles” thread! 🤣

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Good info, but that applies to liquids (reconstituted peptides), not lyophilized powder in vials.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

You've made a good case for filtering. Unless someone's immune system is weak, your body is pretty amazing at fending off minor bacterial issues. Except for the really nasty ones, of course.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Dropping the vial doesn't make sense either. Seriously, air, or more accurately water vapor, can cause proteins to break down. That's why we refrigerate after mixing, to slow it down. And even then, we're told to use it within a month or so.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

I hear you GymGirl. If you're going to filter when you DON'T drop the vial, then for sure filter it when you DO drop it. If you don’t normally filter, dropping it is no reason to start now.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Hey everyone, I had a minor mishap. I was getting my two vials of reta powder from the freezer and dropped them. I didn't see any cracks right away, but they frosted up fast when they warmed up, so it was hard to see. Should I be concerned about degradation?

    Accidental GLP Baby?!

Something similar happened to me when I first tried GLP-1s! I dropped like 12 pounds and then, BAM, pregnant. Congrats! Now that my little one is over a year old, I'm back on it, and it's been amazing. Wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy!

    I'm HOT at 53! 🔥

For maintenance, my doctor has me spacing out the shots a bit more and monitoring my weight closely. If I start creeping up, I adjust. It's a balancing act!

    I'm HOT at 53! 🔥

Hey everyone! I just saw a photo from a while ago. I must say, I am doing great at 53. I'm only getting better with age. LOL. For the record, I am not sure of my exact weight in 2014. Thanks to the peptides! Started November 2023, starting weight around 256, goal 156, current weight 148-153...

    GLP-1s saved my life, lol

tax stuff is complex. spending versus seeking is different. leftover after counting errors -- not sure if tax people care. appreciate the advice though.

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

I started sema three weeks ago and I'm already down six pounds. I'm eating so much less than I used to, so I'm patiently waiting for results like yours! Thanks for sharing!

Higher dose = more weight loss?

as someone who spent years teaching fitness, i've seen firsthand how brutal it is to keep weight off once you drop it. the science gets pretty tangled, but folks on these meds will likely be on them for a decade or more. what nobody really knows yet is what ten-plus years of steady injections...
