Lost 55lbs in 4 months - keep going?

I dropped almost 40 pounds once, then went off the meds for my vacation (plus, they cost a fortune, like $500 every month). I gained all the weight back, and even more, because I didn't really learn anything about diet and healthy eating...

    GLP-1s crossing into the brain?

When you consider the challenges many of us faced before these medications, and the likelihood of a reduced lifespan for some, some of these concerns seem minor. Plus, the long-term cost savings would be substantial, so the government should be giving these out like candy.

    Volume displacement, a real problem?

Some people believe acetic acid (AA) helps some peptides last longer. I've seen folks online say it's better for IGF peptides. I haven't seen real studies on it though. I personally just stick with bac water.

    Volume displacement, a real problem?

It's basically nothing. Plus, you're never going to get a perfect dose anyway because: - Amounts put in each vial can change, even in the same box - Some stuff always sticks in the vial/syringe.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

Yep, that's my exact situation. Not just wanting less food, but specifically craving the bad stuff - burgers, tacos, all that. And my weigh-in is literally the day after I go out. Up for four weeks straight.

    4 months on GLP-1s!

When did you begin to notice the weight loss on the scale? I've been taking this for 2 months and will be on 1.0mg this Sunday. People have commented that I look smaller, but the scale remains the same.

    Tirzep Anxiety - Anyone else?

Used SS-31 for 6 weeks then switched to Mots-C. Doing the 14-week protocol. SS-31 repairs mitochondria and Mots-c optimizes. Also take 600mg NR daily. Didn't feel much from SS-31 but Mots-C feels like progress.
