    Mots-c & NAD+ Daily? Bad idea?

What about NAD+? Sorry, I'm pretty new to this. MotsC gets named all over the place, but NAD gets plenty of posts as well. Where does it fit in here, and how frequently do you take it?

    Gallstones from weight loss? Ouch!

Count me in this club too, though mine followed fast weight loss before any GLP-1, with tons of fasting. Gallbladder attacks hit me repeatedly before the last one, one during a cruise (months of restrictive dieting plus a week of gluttony, no shock). What finally sent me to the hospital was just...

    Semi success: 1 year check-in

I was on 1mg, then back on 1mg again, a trip that took April to August. I wonder about pushing to 1.25mg. My intake is lower than before and I stay about as active.

    Sweets cravings on sema?

My guess is a fair number of us are walking around with insulin resistance that's never been diagnosed, so wanting less coffee might just come down to this medication finally letting your body pull the energy it needs from whatever you're already eating.

Anhedonia on Tirz - anyone else?

I think you're onto something with that reward-chemistry angle. The mind finds its outlet no matter what. When I gave up drinking, sugar stepped in as the substitute. Once I started the third compound, my sugar cravings got wiped out almost immediately at first. But eventually that same...

    Tirz on top of Reta?

Most people say Tirz wins on appetite suppression, at least early on. Real noticeable suppression tends to show up within a day of that first shot. From what I've read, Reta's suppression doesn't kick in until you're up around 4mg weekly. That wait can be brutal if you're impatient like me and...

    GLP-1 Two-Year Check-In: Progress!

I've got Type 2 diabetes as well. My A1C went from around 9.1 last October down to 5.6. Next round of bloodwork happens in July, curious to see how it looks by then. Wish this medication had existed two or three decades ago, though I'll happily take late over nothing!

    Stopping ozempic at goal weight

Hit goal weight, currently holding maintenance at 1mg every 5 days (topped out at 2mg every 3 days at peak). Weight's stayed steady the past three months.

Slow and steady wins the race?

My guess is a lot of people just can't tolerate the bigger doses. For me, blood sugar's stabilized, blood pressure meds got cut back, and I'm down 60 pounds. Sitting at 4.5 now after a really slow climb over seven months.

Brain not catching up with weight loss?

It's really just a mental lag from the weight dropping so quickly. Doesn't happen for everyone, but it's mostly just a matter of your brain catching up eventually.

Shot day and progress tracker recs?

Oh, I use a similar progress-tracking app too! Genuinely useful since I'm terrible at remembering to snap photos of myself throughout this whole journey. Love it!

    Down 26, feelin' good!

Congratulations!! That's absolutely wonderful. You must be feeling incredible. So genuinely happy for you.

Healthy food gross now, junk food ok?

Lost all interest in potato chips since starting this. Used to go through bags of them like nothing. Thankfully my taste for a drink is still fully intact.

    Off the meds! Now what?

Congrats! How's maintaining it treated you so far, made any major changes to your routine or just sticking with the same approach?

    GI Issues on GLP-1s

Wait, so you're saying skip eating entirely? Usually the gut trouble from these meds traces back to greasy or spicy foods specifically, not a total inability to digest anything.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

30 down with no one saying anything is such a frustrating but common experience. The person who sees you every day doesn't clock incremental change - it takes stepping back from someone who hasn't seen you in months. The mirror and how clothes fit is the better signal anyway. You know what's...

    Ozempic face a myth?

It's purely the weight coming off, losing facial fat is what creates that younger appearance, happens with any significant weight loss regardless of method.

    Injections hurting more now?

Thigh is the most reliable spot for consistent depth and absorption. Some people find rotating between multiple thigh sites vs the same spot reduces the soreness that builds up over time. Worth trying the other thigh if you have been using the same one consistently.

Officially down a hundo! Onederland, here I come!

6 from onederland myself, so reading this thread hits different. Congrats on breaking 100 - that's a number that takes a while to really land.

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

The Cagri and Tirz combo hitting hard in the first few days is consistent with what a lot of people report. Taking a break within the run is a good way to manage it when the sides get too much. How many calories are you managing to hit on the worst days?
