    MJ kicking fatigue's BUTT!

Glad you're feeling better too! Same here. Cravings and constant food thoughts are gradually fading, sleep's improving too, plus more energy throughout the day. Enough that I was actually able to get back into working out!

    Finally normal labs!

Nice work on that A1c drop, real progress there. Since you're already reworking your diet, don't forget fiber and magnesium too. No need to be nervous about a cholesterol medication, it fits fine alongside lifestyle changes. A particular blood pressure supplement gets mentioned a lot in similar...

    sketchy BAC on amazon?

From what I'm seeing, the bacteriostatic solution, assuming you mean the Hospira brand, is getting easier to find these days and prices seem to be coming down some. Grab a modest amount at whatever rate's out there now, then watch for a great deal to stock up properly later.

    One year on Mounjaro!

Do you have diabetes? That's really what determines it. I've been on the second compound for two years now, and I'll need it indefinitely since I'm diabetic

    5 months & 60+ lbs gone!

Love that attitude. Dropping pounds matters, sure, but what really stands out is watching the needle move at all after years of doing everything right and hitting a wall. Most people underestimate how demoralizing that cycle becomes over time. Averaging roughly a pound and a half weekly, 20 lbs...

    OMG - I hit goal!

Wow, seriously appreciate this! Just look at everything you've accomplished! Real proof that persistence and staying patient pays off. My target's also 130, and your advice means a lot. Honestly at the point of wanting to toss the scale out the window lol, but I'll keep pushing through. You're...

    Down 70lbs... Maintenance tips?

Wow! Fantastic work! You're looking amazing. Since you asked, personally I don't see much reason for further loss, seems like you're ready for maintenance mode. Genuinely believe this is deeply personal though, so do whatever feels right for you specifically. Still floors me how many unsolicited...

Weight loss praise making anyone else uncomfortable?

Right?? Honestly I feel almost offended sometimes when people only bring up the weight loss. Would it kill someone to tell me I look nice instead? Why does everyone need to remind me they remember exactly how big I used to be

    Stacking ALL the peptides?

Started running peptides roughly a month back. The fat-loss compound: genuinely works. Both the antioxidant peptide and the anti-inflammatory one clearly helped. Overall just feel noticeably better health-wise. The four-peptide blend seems to be working too, though still just one week in, too...

    Shrinking size, growing middle?

Worth asking your doctor whether moving to 10mg could help. I hit a stall at 7.5 too, and moving up to 10mg broke through it and got me the rest of the way to goal weight. Everything else you're doing sounds solid! Just make sure you're actually tracking what you eat and watching for stray...

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

That's more of an old wives tale honestly. Someone ran a small informal test cycling several vials through multiple freeze and thaw rounds, checked potency after each one, and found no real difference. I freeze my extras regularly and they've always worked fine.

Not a fast loser? You're not alone!

Not interested in losing fast honestly. Been on a microdose for seven months, still under the therapeutic threshold, and losing gradually, which is helping preserve my skin and muscle tone.

How are you all handling protein/nutrition now that your appetite's basically gone?

Is enough food and movement happening? Dealt with an eating disorder personally once, and legs swelled significantly from malnutrition combined with low activity tied to exhaustion.

    Burn that belly fat!

Not sure if this is already known, but spot reduction genuinely isn't a real thing for fat loss. So going into this understanding weight comes off everywhere on the body proportionally, if that's fine with you, definitely worth pursuing.

What calorie cutbacks are you doing?

If serious weight loss is the goal, you'll need to eat considerably less than 2000 calories daily. That's still a pretty substantial amount as it stands.

Anyone else feeling like they waste food now?

Genuinely have to relearn eating habits from scratch. For me that meant setting phone alerts as meal reminders, prioritizing protein-heavy meals, and buying noticeably less at the grocery store since overbuying became obvious once appetite dropped.

    Keto/Low carb or GLP-1?

If keto's sustainable for you, go for it, even full carnivore honestly. But that's genuinely hard to stick with, and if someone's dealing with serious obesity or heavy visceral fat, a GLP-1 beats the alternative.

    Let's get active, folks!

Yes, walking most days and mixing in some running a couple times weekly. Just barely getting into resistance training now too.

    Down 50lbs!

Thank you so, so much!!! Definitely healthier and happier than I've ever been!!! Congrats on your amazing progress too!!

Cleaning before shots: yay or nay?

I push air into the vial before drawing. Also skip the alcohol wipe on skin, which health organizations generally agree isn't strictly necessary. Never had an issue. People really do treat injections like a whole hobby sometimes and go all in on the ritual.
