Man the constipation part is real. I didn’t expect that at all. Thought it would all be nausea stories. Water + magnesium at night made a big difference for me. If anyone is new and feels “backed up,” don’t ignore it early or it just gets worse.

BPC-157, Mot-C and SS31 didn't help my inflammation or joint pain at all. Tirze helped a little, but not much. Reta didn't seem to do anything.
