Thank you! This thread sat in the approval queue a while, so I honestly forgot I'd posted it. About two days after that, the puffiness and fluid retention finally settled down and I dropped another 3 pounds this week. Back on track.

Started taking maximum strength pepcid for the burps. Whenever I suspect a food's gonna trigger them, I take one beforehand. Doesn't happen often since I eat clean most of the time anyway.

With tirz there's already trial data floating around at 20 and 25mg weekly, so it's not as far fetched as it sounds. That said, splitting or sharing reconstituted vials does make sense too.

No, personally reconstitute each vial separately with a smaller amount of diluent, combine all portions into one syringe, filter the total volume into a fresh vial, then rinse the filter with a bit more diluent afterward. Ends up concentrating everything into one combined vial at the end.

Having a set meal plan might help too. I aim for somewhere around 2,200 to 2,500 calories daily and make sure protein stays high.

Located in Ontario, just about to take my third dose at 2.5mg tonight. With the manufacturer's discount applied, that knocks 40 off. Ended up paying around 283 Canadian at one major retailer, another big chain runs the same price.
