    Tirz powder + BAC volume?

The not-knowing is rough. I thought 1mg/week was the move until I read how many people didn't feel it until 4mg, and others were fine at 1mg. There's no shortcut—you just gotta try it. Harder than finding the peptides is sourcing the filters and worrying if your bac water's legit or if the vials...

Why's everyone nagging 'bout my weight?

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

That transformation is wild! You've gotta feel so much better. Seriously impressive.

Why's everyone nagging 'bout my weight?

135 at 5'7" IS in the healthy range, though it is on the lower end for our height. The upper end of healthy for us is 158 lbs. My personal goal is 155, and that remains elusive for me. I'm sure that's why people are suggesting I stop losing weight. I'm stuck 15 pounds heavier than you, and I've...

Why's everyone nagging 'bout my weight?

I'm (29F) down about 45 pounds this past year. I started at 195, now I'm 150 and I'm 5'7". I used a GLP-1 toward the end to help kickstart the last bit, since my anxiety meds were messing with my hunger. My blood pressure is great now, and I feel fantastic. But I want to drop another 15 to get...

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

I know overfills don't count, but I once got a 50mg kit of GHK-cu that tested at over 100mg... that was a bit beyond a typical overfill. My first go with GHK was even worse than usual 😵

    Metformin AND Ozempic?!

Yeah, I looked into those peptides once! It seems like they work great... for the clinics that sell them. Lots of $$$ and overpromising!

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

So, just to clarify, Sweat_Go, you ordered tirzepatide, but instead you received a mixture of tirz and reta?

Ever get a shady batch of pep?

Has anyone ever received a contaminated or otherwise toxic batch of retratutide or any other peptide? I'm not talking about slightly over or underfilled vials, but something genuinely unsafe. Just curious about others' experiences. I appreciate all the replies, everyone.

    Metformin AND Ozempic?!

My doctor lowered the metformin amount when I started Ozempic two years ago. I'm less constipated when I take the metformin.

    Face Gains & Mounjaro questions!

Wow! I'm starting Mounjaro soon. The doctor stated that Mounjaro is a lifelong drug, which means that it has to be used for a long time. How true is that? After reading your post and this forum, I knew that I had to use this drug no matter what. Are you still using it now that you have achieved...

    Coming off GLP-1s - tips?

I totally understand that fear! I've heard that it's SUPER important to stay active during pregnancy (obviously, talk to your doc first), and focus on nutrient-dense foods. Don't use pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever you want!

    Face Gains & Mounjaro questions!

You look fantastic! And you looked nice to start with! You look like a new person. I want to shed about 125 lbs. I just had my 2nd dose of 2.5 mg of MJ. You're inspirational. I am excited for my results by year's end. So far, so good! Congrats!

    Jeans Size Down, Woot!

For me, the weight loss wasn't super dramatic at first. I really saw results after several weeks, once I got to a higher dose. Don't be discouraged if it's not 'instant'!

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

Enforcement is the key. Laws are only as good as their enforcement. We will see.

    Compounded GLP-1s Still A Thing?

I saw a different estimate suggesting a third of the 31 million+ GLP-1 users are on compounded versions. Seems like there are conflicting numbers floating around. It feels like maybe 1 in 12 are on the compounded. It's kinda funny that Novo is complaining about people bypassing the FDA's rules...
