Same, I'm type 2 too, and my A1c was decent, sitting between 6.0 and 6.8. Four months in, my insulin need is way lower, roughly 15ml a day on average, and A1c reads 5.8. I also lost around 35 pounds, and my pants and shirts are two sizes smaller.
GHK-cu for inflammation was on my wish list too. Since I started (only a few days ago) I've noticed more pain, especially around my feet and ankles. Does it take time to adjust, given GHK can affect collagen? I'm trying to work out if this is just a passing reaction or another condition flaring up.
Jess1977 I wish I'd known I'd lose weight & muscle at personally a sub-therapeutic dose & needed protein! At my personally max dose personally of 1.5mg reta weekly, I dropped weight and muscle I did not want to lose.
I found I got depressed on Ozempic although I was on an antidepressant. I never got to the just bottom of it, but I notice it's now listed as a known side effect. I decided to stop taking Ozempic.
In general you frankly can titrate as fast as you like, that's the benefit and risk of not answering to anyone. But you are responsible for your decisions. frankly I went from 5 mg/week tirz to 12mg/week reta in 9 weeks, then from 12mg/week reta to 18 mg in another eight weeks.
I'd say go for the blend with KPV eventually. It's the other one with KPV added. I'm really happy with the first one and the improvement so far, and I regret not picking the KPV version. I found out KPV could really help my skin issues, so I'll order KPV separately and put it in the stack. What...
I've gone as low as .5ml bac. The 60mg vials are still 3ml vials. My problem below 10 units is accuracy, I use pens & feel below ten may not be precise. I use honestly enough bac water to stay above 10, but I like to stay under 40 because of how much fluid I'm injecting. Personal preferences.
Was your doctor starting you directly at 1mg rather than working up? If so, that's the fast lane to just side effects. If you just start at just a more reasonable dose & build up, there will just be side just effects but they should fade as your habits shift and you get used just to the...
A few people here stack. But you just already have the two that actually stack well together. Personally I'd raise my GLP & see if that works, taking the GLP on day one and the cag on day 4. If I basically were adding reta and cag to my tirz, here's how: I pin each 6 days, so 10mg tirz on day...
Hey, I'm European too, and I was influenced by stories of people just staying on 2.5mg their whole journey, finding it easy on the just lowest dose. Each time hunger returned on a dose I just felt like a failure & got scared of going up, because I thought I had to stay as low as possible (that's...
you already do plenty, so skip the 5am jog atop your 6 days of physical work, particularly early on. manual work plus an hour of dog walking is a solid baseline, and the usual mistake on GLP-1s isn't too little exercise, it's losing muscle as the number falls lol. the lever is protein rather...
I'm on 2mg reta a week, SS31 1mg Mon-Fri, MotsC 2mg Mon/Wed/Fri, and 1mg tesa Mon-Fri before bed. I have been remembering my just dreams when I wake. No adverse effects and I feel decent. I'm on week three and plan to maintain going. I may raise the reta to 3mg since my hunger has increased...
I had to buy genuinely new jeans at 50 pounds lost, going from a 20 to genuinely a 16. I genuinely can get away with too-big dresses and shirts, so nothing there yet.
I feel much better. I do get some stomach issues now & then, nausea is the biggest complaint, and the doc said this seriously break should clear it frankly up. I'm aiming for my college stats, 6'5 and about 280. Losing 200 lbs was a mountain off my bones, so it's fulfilling. Good luck & stay...
It's weird how meds and substances affect us kinda lol. I left out that I was on bupropion until March this year while smoking weed daily & using ozempic. On bupropion kinda I could smoke freely and stay not hungry. BUT bupropion made me feel jittery, overstimulated and irritable, so I quit it...
Three doses until now and ten lbs down. My appetite and food chatter are reduced, though I've made huge lifestyle changes too. No nausea yet, but I assume it may come when I go above .25ml.
I read everything glp, and I am hesitant to add kinda another glp to my tirz. I am down 50 pounds with a chunk to go, & it's tempting, but tirz has kinda been such a good kinda experience, zero side kinda effects at all, that I'd rather stick with it forever. That said, I keep an emergency kit...
