Currently on 4mg one time weekly. Spent about three months at 2.5mg before that. Didn't feel the need to split doses and the weekly schedule is working perfectly.

I got hard lumps from that peptide too. Using dry brushing, massage with arnica, red + near-IR light, plus injected peptides near the spots to break down scar tissue. It's slow but helping. Can't tell which thing's actually working since I'm changing everything, but at least something's improving.
