    Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

    Don't think I've hit a food that truly upsets my stomach yet. Been 6 weeks total now - started at point-two-five, sitting at point-five now (had covid in between). Nauseous a fair bit, but yogurt settles it right down. No clue what butter chicken even is, not keen to find out either.

    No bad side effects here either? The big win for me was dropping A1C from 11.2 down to 6.8 in just a few months. Lost 30 lbs too and I'm at 1mg now since October 2025. My doc wanted 2mg but I'm sticking with what's working.

    Where do u guys get BAC water??

    My fiber source is PHGG. Glycinate can work as an osmotic sometimes but that's not its main function. Plenty of water and walking helps move things along. Sounding like you need the strong stuff at this point.
