    Slow weight loss on sema a worry?

    finally got energy back for the gym once the food noise quieted down, taking it really easy and building back up, mostly working on tightening the soft spots. started at 318 but i'm at 306 now and only been on sema for about 10 weeks

    GLP-1 Progress: May '25 to Jan '26

    Fat loss may have hit a wall but you could've added muscle. A scan might show 145kg fat loss with 10kg muscle gain. Either way solid progress.
