    Dropped 150 in 18 months, clothes shopping turned into full-time work. Got my favorite stores now. Used to love browsing even when nothing fit, zoning out and imagining. Now it's exhausting.

    Been trying to weigh the pros and cons of different options too. The pH thing seems complex for sure. My RS is doing well though, keeping carbs under control helps with the A1C long-term. Main thing I want is less constant hunger and better blood sugar. Thanks for bringing that up.
