    Two Years Later: Still Working?

    Overnight oats with chia and flax are solid. Fills me up but sits light when I have to move around after. Fresh berries make it taste way better too.

    A year on meds! It gets better!

    Keep going down and it does get better, way better. You'll get some surprise rough moments but don't stop. It's worth it.
