    Protein shakes work great for me. Adding collagen powder to my morning coffee gives me another 10 grams and makes it easier to get enough.

    for tesamorelin, science says daily is fine if you don't get sides. if sides show up, drop frequency, not dose. minimum effective dose is 2mg. cycling is important too—receptor desensitization is real. i run tesa with ipamorelin most days and cycle off at twelve weeks.
