    Ground beef GROSS now?!

It is interesting to note that a small percentage of patients on GLP-1 receptor agonists may experience new-onset erectile dysfunction, particularly those with pre-existing hypertension or who experience less significant weight loss.

    SLU-PP-332 reconstitution woes!

Concerning pre-reconstituted peptides, I'd advise caution. I saw a discussion where someone received ipamorelin/cjc-1295 already mixed. It's best to inquire about shipping conditions, specifically if it was shipped cold. The stability of peptides in solution is significantly affected by...

Slow & steady wins the GLP race!

Kim1993, it's best to discard any remaining medication after a dose to ensure accurate dosing and prevent contamination. If you're consistently left with extra, consider discussing it with your doctor or pharmacist, as it could be a pen malfunction or technique issue.

    Lost weight TOO fast?

Doing half-mg twice weekly and hitting plateaus. Bumped to 1.5 once was rough on me. Holding steady where I am, gonna creep up super slow. Gotta manage the side stuff before chasing speed. I've only got 5 lbs left and I'm petite, so results vary. The waves up and down aren't my favorite thing.

I have heard from others that it can feel like nicotine cravings when the medicine starts to wear off. If you are experiencing intense cravings or anxiety, speak to your physician about adjusting your dose.

    OMG I did it!

That's really amazing. A colleague of mine no longer needs his CPAP after losing about 50 pounds! There's even research suggesting GLP-1s can help with sleep apnea: https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2024/06/21/eli-lilly-expects-fda-decision-on-zepbound-for-sleep-apnea-as-early-as-end-of-year.html
