    Agape Organics... anyone used?

Some people start with 250 mcg a couple times a week. Always best to start small. Watch for any reactions.

They're not some fly-by-night operation. They have a solid following on that chat platform with their own space and are supported by other groups too. Plus, their service is top-notch.

    Same pants, 9 months later!

I can definitely see the loss around your midsection. That's fantastic! That's where most of my weight is as well, but when I lose it, it comes off my whole body evenly, like peeling an onion layer by layer. It's very slow and frustrating, especially when I see people who lose 20 pounds and go...

    GLP-1 maintenance - what's working?

That's definitely a smart approach for many patients. Monitoring A1C levels remains crucial for adequate diabetes management during maintenance.

    GLP-1s: Study Share

I think its been amazing and has really changed how I see food. The first couple of days after the 5mg dose made me pretty nauseous, but its fading quickly. I know its temporary, so no big deal. The 2.5mg did the same. Its supposed to take a month for the drug to fully work and "teach" the GIP...
