Reta Schedule - too much hunger?

For hunger between doses, injection timing matters as much as dose. If hunger returns at day 5-6, that's normal trough behavior. Adjusting when you pin to cover the hardest window is worth trying before increasing dose.

Down 60lbs! Can you see it?

260 to 201 in one run, with the face being the first place it shows. Almost at goal and you can see it - that's the whole point.

Anyone see this coming? Sue them to stop them competing, then partner up to maximize profits? Gotta love it.

Tirzepatide Journey - 6 Weeks In

It IS so weird how that works! I found the same thing! If I'm not eating enough, my body just HOLDS onto the weight. I have to force myself to eat sometimes!

Tirzepatide Journey - 6 Weeks In

I agree with Lean_Set. I went from 2.5 to 5mg, and it was too much; I couldn't eat enough. I'm back down to 3.75mg. Only increase when you have to, not just because!

    Ozempic then Mounjaro?

I've heard of people having bad side effects on one and not the other. It's so individual. Maybe drop back your dose, Mel11?

    Ozempic then Mounjaro?

I'd be curious to hear more about your experience switching from Ozempic to Mounjaro. I've been on Ozempic for about a year and a couple of months, with maybe 4 months at the highest dose of 2mg. I've hit a standstill. It's possible for me to lose weight if I'm super strict, but the food...

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Yeah, the cost is always a concern. I saw an article talking about how the actual cost to manufacture some of these GLP-1 meds can be surprisingly low. I hope that translates into more affordable options eventually.

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Haha, how many people on this forum are already thinking about when Eloralintide will show up on the, uh, 'alternative' market after seeing these early results? I actually have some cagrilintide that I got early on, thinking it might be useful if I hit a plateau. Now it sounds like it could be...

    Almost there!

You look fantastic! Congratulations on this victory! If you don't mind me asking, about how much did you lose total and how long did it take? I'm looking for some motivation! Way to go!

    Downsized my wardrobe!!

I know that feeling! It's like I can finally breathe again. I'm so glad this is working for so many of us.

    Downsized my wardrobe!!

Congrats! Check out the secondhand stores for smaller sizes as you slim down, then donate them back when they're too big. What a victory for you!

    Downsized my wardrobe!!

My coworker razzed me 'cause my slacks were falling off. On a whim, I bought a pair THREE sizes too small, figuring they'd be my 'goal' pants. They FIT! Seriously, I'm thrilled. This medication is amazing, and so are all of you!

    Retatrutide: UK source anyone?

I've been on TRT for a while now and am thinking about adding in some peptides like CJC and BPC-157. Does anyone know of any doctors in the UK or Europe who prescribe peptides? Or any pharmacies that will ship within Europe? I'm not interested in anything 'for research purposes only'.

    Retatrutide: UK source anyone?

I haven't seen Vendor Alpha or Bravo listed anywhere. How can I find them?

Sema progress is making me sad :(

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words! I think I'm also getting stressed about not seeing the scale move, and maybe I'm building muscle, which would explain why I'm not losing weight. I'm going to try to focus on other things, like how my clothes are fitting.
