    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

I've been using it for a bit now. No need to dilute. I'm doing 1mL 2x a week for 4-6 weeks, getting bloodwork and then likely sticking to 1mL a week for 8 weeks, checking again and then lowering to every other week.

    Low B12 on GLP-1s?

For most people, high-dose oral B12 works just as well as injections for fixing deficiencies and staying good. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/ Injections are better if you have absorption issues or need a fast fix.

Cagri with my Reta - good idea?

It is important to remember that while these medications can be helpful tools, they should ideally be used in conjunction with lifestyle modifications, such as diet and exercise, and under the guidance of a healthcare professional. It's crucial to address the underlying eating disorder with...

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

I saw someone mention NAD+ injections and scalp tingling. I've experienced that too! Pretty weird but harmless, I think. Just a strange neurological reaction. Also, PubMed is a great resource. I would suggest, as others have, to start one at a time with the peps.

You look good in both, honestly. But that negativity... it's a killer. I'm resolving to find more joy, too.

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

Hey, I have epilepsy too! Mine are grand mal seizures, though, and pretty well controlled with lamotrigine. Peptides haven't been a problem for me at all. I've used Reta and DSIP for a while. I've also tried TB/BCP and ipamorelin. I'll be starting MOTS-C and SS31 soon. Keeping my baseline stable...

High T while on GLP-1s...anyone else?

How are you all managing your hematocrit? My testosterone was around 1000 ng/dL after a couple months of TRT (100mg/week), but my hematocrit shot up to 55%.

    Anyone else seeing articles everywhere?

I've been using one particular source for a while and haven't had any issues. But definitely do your own research and look for third-party testing.

    Anyone else seeing articles everywhere?

Has anyone had any success finding a good peptide source for something like tesamorelin? The stuff I've seen is either gone or doesn't carry it. It’s approved for HIV lipodystrophy, but it costs around $5k a month for a normal dose.

Big data means big money. Time will tell what they're really up to, but it probably won't be good. The real valuable data isn't the purity or quality; that's just the bait to get people to volunteer their data.
