I can def say it's stronger. I was on Sema for a year and then switched over and even the starting dose worked well. My bloodwork was also better on Tirz.

I didn’t realize how tired the semaglutide made me until I switched to tirzepatide and then went back to semaglutide. Same with the nausea, which seemed to be related to my glucose levels dropping. I don't have those glucose drops on tirzepatide either.
