    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

An easy way is to add the same amount of water as the drug you're using. So, if it's a 5mg vial, add 5mL of water.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

It's not just about degradation. You need to make sure your PBS has a preservative and is meant for multiple uses. If you don't like benzyl alcohol, you need to find PBS with a preservative. At least get USP sterile PBS for one-time use, because non-sterile is dangerous.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

I'm sorry, but that's not right about copper in GHK-Cu. The copper isn't a free ion.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

I haven't heard that before. Can you share where you read that? I've always been told that BAC water is best for mixing it. Also, if you use sterile PBS, remember there isn't a preservative in it so you can't store your peptides in it for long.

That's incredible! You should be so proud! Amazing things are coming your way! I always tell people, think of Ozempic like this: Would you judge someone for hiring a personal trainer? Someone to support them, guide them, and make them believe they can do it? *Ozempic is basically that, but...

    Crushed 70 lbs... Almost there!

Sure! I worked with my provider to titrate up slowly over a few months. It's worth it to go low and slow IMO to avoid side effects. I also focused on diet. Low carb, high protein, calorie deficit, and weight lifting most days. Weighing and tracking food helped a ton.
