Need a quick vial, ship to Canada?

Bummer about the extra cost, but great news that the main order is shipping domestically! Which supplier? I'm curious who's shipping kits from Canada.

Selank & Semax for ADHD? Anyone tried?

Ashwaganda's pretty good. I've heard conflicting opinions on long-term use, like whether to cycle it or not. It definitely helps me stay calm when I'm stressed. But it can also numb good emotions, so it's different for everyone.

Lost some lbs! But at what cost?

That's a fantastic result. I started around 250lbs myself a few months ago and I'm already down to around 215. My initial goal was 200, but now I'm thinking I might try for 160-170 – that's what I weighed back in college!

    Down 50+ lbs! What now?

Yes, being mindful of what you eat and how much you exercise is important to maintain. If you don't want to do it, you can try keto instead.

    Reta making me thirsty?

Interesting to hear about the sweet tooth connection. I've been on TRT for years, and keeping the body fat down is a constant battle. If Reta lives up to the hype, it could be a game changer for guys like us.

    Reta making me thirsty?

That's funny you mention that, I was pondering this just a few days ago. I started Reta in April after being off GLP's for 3 months, and I've noticed that I've felt somewhat dehydrated occasionally even though I think I'm drinking the same amount. It's not so bad I get headaches, but definitely...

    GLP-1 dosing, stalls & titration

Solid overview. I will emphasize one medical point: for patients with type 2 diabetes, dose changes should prioritize glycemic control first, weight second. If A1C rises significantly during a down-titration experiment, that is a signal to reassess quickly. Also agree strongly on verifying...

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

Super stretch denim deserves some kind of award honestly. I'm down 60 pounds and still can't believe some of my pants work. That fabric really does stretch the distance. You look fantastic by the way.

    Things I can't do anymore...

I totally get the clothing budget thing! I'm only down around 20 lbs from my highest (5mg shot #5), and I'm already dreading replacing stuff, knowing that 1) I basically only bought work clothes for a decade and 2) Clothes are fitting better, looser, or just don't fit anymore because they're too...

    Need a boost!

Anyone here use BPC-157 for joint issues? I took my first shot yesterday near my wrist for some ligament damage. The top of my wrist is now swollen and somewhat painful. Not at the injection site. Just curious if anyone has experienced anything like this before?

    Down sizes like crazy!

Congrats! It's great to see how far you've come. I recommend Old Navy jeans too! I wore a size 14/16, and just kept buying smaller sizes. Now I'm in XS shorts!

    120mg Tirz Vials?

I saw someone mention a new peptide source advertised on YT, called Verified Peptides. Good variety, decent prices, and supposedly, all batches are tested. They say the vials hold like 5ml of bac water, so you don't need to transfer them to a larger vial. Worth checking out maybe if you're...

    Down sizes like crazy!

That's fantastic; congrats!! Sorry to jump in, but I'm also 5'3" and at 145ish, still in a size 12! Sizes are confusing me because others weigh more but wear smaller sizes. I work out hard and eat enough protein!
