Down 60lbs in 6 months - still going!

It's been about 26 weeks since I started the GLP-1 medication, and I've managed to drop around 61 pounds. I finally feel like I'm getting back to my old self. It's not about perfection, just everyday consistency and trusting that it'll work. I'm in this for the long haul.

    Thinking of Trying Reta...

What did the telehealth provider say when you contacted them to ask?

    Mixing peps in one vial?

A multi-peptide calculator might help. I use one online that gives you more accuracy since you can use the actual amounts in each vial (i.e. a 45mg vial of pep A that really tests as 56mg) for your mixes.

Down 2 stone in 5 months!

These medications can be a great help, but it's critical to maintain a balanced diet and regular physical activity. They are tools, not magic bullets.

    Is this for realz?

Interesting. I've noticed the appetite suppression right away. Less inflammation is a big bonus, too.

    GLP-1 bloodwork deets?

Thanks, I'll definitely bring it up. I just don't want to jump to conclusions based on one set of results! I appreciate the advice though.

    GLP-1 bloodwork deets?

I don't have any reason to doubt the accuracy of the lab, but yeah, I decided not to worry too much about these results. My thyroid has always been borderline anyway. I looked into the lipase and without other symptoms, the level doesn't mean much.
