    MJ Two Years: Still Going!

    I inject at 4:25 am before my 5 am workout, wake up at 4 or 4:15. Timing shouldn't matter much as long as it's in your system. Been doing 1-1.5 mg daily and just switched to 2.5 mg MWF to cut down on injections. Haven't noticed much difference honestly.

    fyi you can delete like 90% of those amazon urls — everything after 'ref' is tracking code amazon uses to profile you and everyone who clicks it. bulk suppliers have casein for decent prices if you hunt. depends if you want it to taste good tho — that's where it gets pricey.

    High T while on GLP-1s...anyone else?

    Been at 0.25mg for 2 weeks and it's helping with body temp and mental stamina. Don't get as burnt out doing office work. I'm in my 30s, worked in competitive white collar most of my career before getting sick. Used to have to break up work and crash. Not anymore.
